Resolution Calling for the Resignation of Assembly Speaker Robin Vos Republican Party of Wisconsin
We, the People, as representatives of the Republican Party of Wisconsin, stand in opposition to the control and tyranny of the leadership of our government. We are a government OF the People, BY the People, and FOR the People.We elect representatives to securing our rights and to serve the needs of the People. The Declaration of Independence is the conscience on which our nation is firmly rooted, which morally compels us to rightly confront and eliminate tyranny to preserve freedom and liberty. It is therefore our right, and, also, our duty to remove representatives from office who violate their Oath, deny the People their Constitutional rights, and ignore our laws.
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness - That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed - That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly, all experience has shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security - Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. WHEREAS in 2020, the clear and plain language of multiple election laws in Wisconsin were intentionally violated by Wisconsin Election Commission; and
WHEREAS with full knowledge and consent of Wisconsin Election Commission, Speaker Robin Vos and Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald, agreed to the illegal use of ‘Indefinitely Confined Status’ and allowed over 500 illegally placed absentee ballot drop boxes around the State of Wisconsin (See letter dated 9/25/2020 at www.amoscenterforjustice.org.); and
WHEREAS although the Wisconsin federal judge has ruled drop boxes in violation of Wisconsin State statutes (Wis. Stat. 6:84 (2), Assembly Speaker Robin Vos continued to promote and push legislation allowing drop boxes; and
WHEREAS the absentee ballots promoted, received, and counted in multiple counties were in violation of State statutes (See Wis. Stat. 6:84 (2); and
WHEREAS Assembly Speaker Robin Vos hired former Wisconsin Supreme Court justice, Michael J. Gableman, giving him a budget of $675,000 in taxpayer funds to complete the investigation of election fraud by October 2020 while withholding findings of the investigation from We, the People. Yet, two extensions later, the investigation is ongoing with nothing to show for it; and
WHEREAS, Assembly Speaker Robin Vos has continued to block a vote on the demand for a full forensic audit and the admission of factual data of 2020 election fraud from outside experts; and
WHEREAS Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, in retaliation for Representative Timothy Ramthun calling for decertification of the 10 Presidential Electoral votes due to significant fraud and illegalities, removed Representative Ramthun’s legislative staffer; and
WHEREAS Assembly Speaker Robin Vos has not secured our rights but has instead “become destructive” of them, committing “a long train of abuses and usurpations,” it is now our moral duty to “throw off” his leadership, and “provide new Guards for our future security.”
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Republican Party of Wisconsin demands that Speaker Vos resign his position as Speaker of the Assembly immediately for failing to honor his oath to follow the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Wisconsin; and
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that should Speaker Vos refuse to resign, the Assembly members must vote to remove Speaker Vos from his position of leadership or face a primary for violating their oaths of office, refusing to uphold the laws of Wisconsin and the U.S. Constitution.
