Friend,

Violent crime has risen by nearly double-digits in Wisconsin. In fact, Wisconsin's increase in violent crime was 70% higher than the national average. Milwaukee’s homicide rate has been record-breaking for each of the last two years. 

Time and again, we see news reports of senseless violence, from shootings to carjackings, only to find the perpetrators are repeat offenders–too often out on low bail.

Current leaders have failed to take crime seriously and act aggressively.

As Lieutenant Governor, I will work with the next Governor and law enforcement to act immediately in our new administration and restore the rule of law in Wisconsin. We will not tolerate the growing wave of crime any longer.
