Resolution to Decertify 2020 Electoral Votes

Republic Party of Wisconsin

WHEREAS Article 2, Section 1, paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 plus the 12^th Amendment of United States Constitution defines how the legislature of each state selects electors of said state; and,

WHEREAS former Justice Michael Gableman was appointed by Speaker Robin Vos (at the “encouragement” of Donald Trump) to thoroughly investigate voter fraud in Wisconsin’s 2020 election; and, 

WHEREAS Justice Gableman recently issued the special council’s interim investigation report of election fraud, highlighting numerous illegal events presented, documenting them in the report.

THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED Since Justice Michael Gableman calls for the

legislature to take a serious look at the decertification of Wisconsin 2020 Election results, the legislators of Wisconsin need to gather up the courage to exercise their Constitutional duty and take responsibility to listen to the evidence, stop the fraud, listen to the people, and recall the electors for the 2020 election; and,

THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Republican Party of Wisconsin

demands that the Wisconsin Legislature by authority of the U.S. Constitution (Article II, Section 1, paragraphs 2 through 6, and the 12^th Amendment) recall the 10 fraudulent electoral votes cast for Joseph R. Biden and Kamala Harris in the 2020 presidential election.
